    Human Resources (HR) Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective human resource policies.
    • Deploy and automate HR processes using appropriate software tools.
    • Identify staffing needs and prepare or review job descriptions.
    • Conduct recruitment exercises and negotiate employment agreements.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
    • Oversee staff onboarding, training, and performance management.
    • Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage across branches.

    Laboratory Scientist

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct and analyse medical laboratory tests, including haematology, microbiology, chemistry, and serology.
    • Collect, label, and store specimens properly following standard protocols.
    • Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy.
    • Record and interpret test results with precision and confidentiality.
    • Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures and quality standards.

    Requirements

    • BMLS or equivalent degree in Medical Laboratory Science.

    Pharmacy Technician

    Responsibilities

    • Assist the pharmacist in dispensing and packaging prescribed medications accurately.
    • Prepare and label medications, ensuring correct dosage, strength, and form.
    • Maintain proper storage of drugs and medical supplies following standard guidelines.
    • Keep accurate records of prescriptions, inventory, and controlled substances.
    • Monitor stock levels, check for expired drugs, and support in restocking as needed.
    • Educate patients on medication usage, dosage, and possible side effects under pharmacist supervision.
    • Liaise with billing and sales for correct costing and documentation of dispensed medications.
    • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and pharmacy regulations.

    Responsibilities

    Account Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
    • Support monthly financial closing and reporting processes.
    • Help track project costs, budgets, and revenue for solar installation projects.
    • Assist the accountant to perform reconciliations for bank statements, invoices, and expense accounts.
    • Assist in maintaining accurate and organized financial records.
    • Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure accurate financial documentation.
    • Contribute to audits, tax preparation, and other compliance activities.

    Accounts Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate back office responsibilities as in a responsible and reliable manner
    • Effective Coordination of the Accounts Department with the aim of ensuring seamless flow of operations and generate relevant and timely information for the decision making process of the company.
    • Ensure adequate record keeping (efficient filing system), book keeping, and posting of transactions on a daily basis and maintenance of all relevant ledger accounts.
    • Banking liaison functions including daily banking of all instruments received.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent
    • 3 years of cognate accounting experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally) is a plus.
    • A minimum of First Degree in any Management Science / Social Science related discipline preferably in Accounting, Economics / Finance.
    • Professional qualification- A minimum of ACA/ACCA is compulsory while other qualifications such as ACS, ACTI, CFA will be an added advantage.

    IT Support Officer

    Job Description

    • The IT Support Officer will assist the IT Department in providing technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth running of all computer systems, hardware, software, and network resources across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve user incidents in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
    • Support installation and updating of operating systems, applications, and antivirus software.
