    Software Testing Supervisor

    Job Details

A Senior professional capable of managing the entire testing cycle for complex ERP environments autonomously. The candidate must ensure system stability during migration and release phases. No trainees: the profile must be operational from day one.

    • Design and implementation of end-to-end automated testing strategies for the ERP.
    • Execution of load and stress tests to ensure performance does not degrade post-migration.
    • Bug lifecycle management: from detection and reproduction to fix verification.
    • Direct interface with the development team to define acceptance criteria.

    Qualifications

    Mandatory Requirements (Non-negotiable)

    • Experience: Minimum 10 years in Quality Assurance roles focused on ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or proprietary systems of equivalent complexity).
    • Automation: Advanced proficiency in Katalon Studio. Must be able to build scalable automation frameworks, not just basic recorded scripts.
    • Technical Knowledge: Ability to test server/infrastructure migrations (must understand what is happening "under the hood").
    • Methodology: Total mastery of regression testing, API integration testing, and data validation.
    • Autonomy: Capability to write test plans based on requirements without needing constant guidance.

    Immediate Disqualifiers

    • Lack of specific experience in ERP systems (I do not want generalists).
    • Inability to use Katalon beyond basic "record & playback".
    • Difficulty understanding the impact of server/infrastructure migration on the application.
