    Regional Training and Capability Manager (RTM)

    Job Description

    • To serve as an in-house consultant on Learning and Capability Development issues
    • Will work closely with the Branch leadership in identifying learning needs, coming up with interventions to bridge the gaps, facilitating the processes to close the gaps, and evaluating the impact of the same on the business.
    • To regularly provide feedback and recommendations to the Branch Leadership on challenges identified during field accompaniments (market visits).
    • He/She is responsible for the preparation & implementation of training programs in line with the strategic objective of the Branch and the organization.
    • Will be responsible for meeting the recruitment needs of the Branch and the capability development of Branch resources from time to time.
    • Assess training effectiveness through training quizzes and feedback mechanisms.
    • Track record for every activity or project for collaboration with stakeholders and timely action.
    • Report insightful analysis to the company by utilizing available data and information on sales activities.
    • Responsible for overall performance and efficient delivery of the expectations of the Branch by both the Sales and the support team.
    • Track and analyse sales performance and timely reports, which support the company's decision-making.
    • Collaborate closely with other departments such as marketingandoperations to ensure that the sales team gets the resources and support it needs to succeed.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative sales strategies and promotional campaigns, driving market share growth.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND in relevant fields
    • Minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role.
    • Knowledge of sales in FMCG will be an added advantage.
    • Must be willing to travel (depending on the location).
    • Candidates must have good presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
    • Must possess good problem-solving, analytical, and creativity skills
    • Must be able to think outside of the box, having the ability to explore and innovate.
    • Must be passionate about learning, driving performances, and adding value in a dynamic environment.
    • Must be dynamic, malleable, and have good relational and interpersonal skills.
    • Candidates must have the ability to use Microsoft Office Suites & Google Tools
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint skills
    • Project management skills to collect and organize information clearly and precisely, and enable fast and appropriate decisions.

    Van Sales Representative

    Job Objective

    • Execute the sales and marketing plan for the assigned territory and deliver the monthly and annual sales targets.

    Core Deliverables

    • Deliver the monthly sales targets.
    • Achieveavailabilityof our products in wholesale and retail outlets that is at the same level of our main competitors.
    • Work with our dealers and retailers to activate our products at the point of sale.
    • Identify, create and execute opportunities with dealers/retailers to increase sell-in/sell-out.

    Other Job Functions:

    • Execute the sales and marketing plan for the territory as agreed with the Area Sales Manager.
    • Develop strong relationships and close collaboration with all dealers.
    • Monitor dealers’ turnover and stocks on a weekly basis and ensure that our SKUs are available and that the dealers reach their monthly targets.
    • Develop and execute action plans in case the dealer falls behind on his/her monthly target.
    • Identify and recruit new customers, both, in wholesale and retail.
    • Remit all cash collected on behalf of the dealer to the dealer without fail.
    • Perform daily reconciliation of dealer stocks sold through redistribution.
    • Monitor and report activities of beverage competitors (trade and consumer pricing, promo schemes, new products, etc.).

    Requirements
    Below criteria are must:

    • Minimum of NCE / ND
    • Minimum of 1 Years of Van Sales Experience
    • Good Driving skills with active driving licenses/permit and musthave a good knowledge of the Abuja roads
    • Must be able to use Smart phones and have good knowledge of sales applications.
    • Age must not be more than 35 years.

    Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

    • Executing sales plan for the territory
    • Proficiency in executing “Steps of the Call” and in building strong relationships with customers.
    • Information tracking, analysis and preparing for presentation.
    • Good communication Skills and must be goal driven.
    • Strong customer focus and negotiating skills.
