    Growth & Performance Marketing Manager (E-commerce)

    Core Deliverables

    • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and online sales growth.
    • Deliver monthly revenue and growth targets through paid digital channels.
    • Increase website traffic, improve conversion rates, and scale revenue efficiently.
    • Optimise marketing spend across platforms to maximise return on advertising spend (ROAS).
    • Identify, test, and scale new growth opportunities across digital channels.
    • Analyse customer behaviour and journey to improve acquisition and conversion performance.

    Other job Functions:

    • Plan and execute digital campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and other relevant platforms.
    • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimise creatives, targeting, and budgets to improve results.
    • Work closely with creative teams to develop effective ad content and messaging.
    • Track, analyse, and report key performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.
    • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve campaign efficiency and growth outcomes.
    • Test new marketing initiatives, channels, and audience segments to drive continuous improvement.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Revenue generated from digital marketing campaigns.
    • Cost per customer acquisition (CPA)
    • Website conversion rate
    • Return on advertising spend (ROAS).

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3–6 years’ experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
    • Prior experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (D2C) businesses is an advantage.
    • Strong understanding of online customer acquisition and growth marketing strategies.
    • Ability to analyse data, interpret insights, and make informed marketing decisions.
    • Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Comfortable working with digital tools, analytics platforms, and marketing dashboards.

    Revenue & Retention Manager (E-commerce)

    Job Summary

    • The Revenue & Retention Manager will be responsible for maximising sales performance, improving customer repeat purchase rates, and managing pricing and promotional strategies across the company’s e-commerce platform.

    Core Deliverables

    • Maximise revenue and margin performance across the e-commerce platform
    •  Improve customer retention and repeat purchase rates
    • Drive growth in average order value through effective pricing and bundling strategies
    • Ensure optimal pricing, discount, and promotional execution
    • Use data insights to identify and unlock growth and profitability opportunities

    Responsibilities

    • Manage product pricing, discounts, and promotional offers across the platform
    • Develop bundles and offers to increase average order value
    • Drive customer retention through CRM channels such as WhatsApp and email
    • Analyse sales data to identify growth, efficiency, and margin opportunities
    • Track customer behaviour and purchasing patterns to inform strategy
    • Work with internal teams to improve product performance and overall customer experience
    • Monitor brand-wise and product-wise sales contribution

    • Average order value (AOV)
    • Repeat purchase rate
    • Revenue per customer
    • Overall sales and margin contribution

    Requirements

    • 3–6 years of experience in sales planning, revenue management, or commercial roles
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
    • Good understanding of pricing, margins, and promotional strategies
    • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG is an advantage
    • Structured thinking with strong execution capability.
