Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.
• Upsell premium products and promote ongoing offers and packages.
• Organize and coordinate events, themed nights, live performances, and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Recommend and implement new ideas to improve operations, customer experience, and increase revenue.

Requirement

• Minimum of HND qualification.

• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service delivery.
