    Requirements

    • OND qualification
    • Must be confident
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to provide unisex hair grooming; which includes cutting and colouring of hair, and sometimes even eyebrow waxing when required
    • Familiar with techniques pertaining to male grooming e.g clipper work, scissors-over-comb and hot lather shaving with a straight blade
    • Ability to provide unisex hair grooming
    • An understanding of hair and skin types and knowledge of health and hygiene issues common to both male and females barbers.
    • Experience in providing hair cut for babies and children under the age of 10.
    • Knowledge of past and current hair trends
    • For male patrons, you must be specifically skilled in cutting men's hair,trimming and shaving of beards and moustaches.

    Outlet Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Lead others and work effectively with store team
    • Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s team
    • Effectively communicate information to store team and supervisors in an open and timely manner

    • Accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks/projects.
    • Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide massage therapy to clients
    • Provide clients with guidance and information about massage techniques and applications on different skin types
    • Assess client’s skin condition before commencement of treatment
    • Develop treatment plan to meet client’s needs based on needs assessment

    National Sales Manager

    Responsibilties

    • Directs and supervises Sales Managers on a solid reporting line basis, and other sales personnel under his/her team on a dotted line, to achieve/revenue and expense objectives.
    • Assigns territories and accounts for Sales Managers and the entire Wholesale Sales Team.
    • Resolves different customer problems and participates in important negotiations with key customers.
    • Typically manages other individual contributors and/or managers.

    Requirements

    • Master`s Degree
    • 10+ years of progressive, successful sales experience, with at least 3 years of that in Sales Management as a leader & manager of a sales force. Field sales experience is a plus
    • Retail chain management is a plus with experience either in FMCG, consumer packaged goods (CPG), Cosmetics, Health & Oersonal Care related industry will be an advantage
    • Experience with e-commerce and with the operational side of running an e-commerce business is required
    • Indirect Sales & Channel Sales Management experience especially in the FMCG business
    • Experience in implementing Route-to-market for wholesale and retail operations
    • Experience with Organised Retail (Key Accounts) Sales as part of specialist channels
    • Experience with salesforce automation or CRM is essential to success.

    Regional Sales Manager

    Responsibilties

    • This role is responsible for executing long- and short-term Sales strategies across all channels of distribution and secondary outlets in the assigned territories or markets.
    • Revenue accountability is associated with this role, and it will carry a direct quota
    • Physically call on the qualified 3rd party outlets and company retail chains to build long term working relationships.
    • Work with these qualified 3rd party retail outlets for each chain to establish a strong in-store visibility for our products.
    • Sell-in and coordinate promotional execution of the company’s retail outlet focussed programs.
    • Advise account buyers of all media activity, national promotions, unique point of sale items, etc.
    • Conducts scheduled & unscheduled visits to Channel partners as part of account coverage and to meet reporting requirements.
    • Ensure the local channel partners have the proper resources, tools, information, and monitoring mechanisms in place to ensure the sales objectives are attained.
    • Acquire new accounts and new distribution outlets along with achieving volume and sales goals.
    • Advise senior management of competitive pricing, promotions, sales trends and other competitive activity as well as a reasonable action plan.
    • Collaborate with management to analyze brand sales by retail outlets to facilitate growth opportunities.
    • Monitor retail outlets’ performance.
    • Directs the sales operations in his/her assigned territories, working with wholesalers, stockists and retailers.
    • Executes Sales programs to achieve targets or quotas as part of the organisation’s overall business objectives.
    • Assist in the recruiting, training, and development of Sales Roles
    • Typically manages business development executives directly

    Requirements

    • Bachelor`s Degree
    • Masters Degree is an advantage
    • 5 - 6 years of sales experience in a consumer products company (FMCG) across multiple channels of trade, including wholesale and retail outlets.
    • People management & supervision experience.
    • 1 year of P&L, strategic planning, and/or budgeting experience. Experience with salesforce automation or CRM is essential to success.
