    Field Verification Officer

    Job Summary

    As a field verification officer, you would be responsible for carrying out different kinds of field verifications, leveraging your experience and our standard operating procedures to help in identifying and eliminating potential default red flags before the disbursement of a loan facility or in verification of general KYC information of customers, employees, or any other relevant parties. 

    You would also be responsible for making deductions from several information sources at the various verification locations to ensure the accuracy and legitimacy of the information being verified. 

    You should be very creative, meticulous, and observant, collecting any data outside of the standard required information that may be relevant to the verification in question. You are expected to work with the highest integrity, as any falsified information provided during verification would be considered fraud and the relevant legal processes would be initiated.

    Job Responsibilities 

    • Embark on physical visitation to potential borrowers’ business places for evaluation of business books, taking inventory and turnover into consideration 
    • Ensure that all verifications are completed thoroughly, according to the standard operating procedures and within the specified timelines 
    • Physical visitation of locations to verify residential or business address information provided 
    • Physical visitation of other parties such as the loan guarantors, employee references and so on to ensure they are aware of their responsibilities and can easily be located if necessary 
    • Prepare comprehensive and accurate reports on daily verification activities 
    • Perform all other functions as may be assigned by a supervisor 

    Qualifications 

    • A minimum of a B.Sc/H.ND in any business-related discipline 
    • In-depth geographical knowledge of the local environment 
    • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in credit risk or field verification is an added advantage

    Customer Support Officer (Offline State Support) Bayelsa

    About this role

    The Customer Support Officer provides high-quality, timely, and professional support to walk-in customers nationwide and customers in WhatsApp Groups. The role focuses on resolving customer enquiries, technical issues, and service-related concerns while delivering a consistent customer experience aligned with the Bank’s standards and values.

    The officer serves as the first point of contact, collaborating with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution and offering insights to improve customer experience based on logged issues and customer feedback.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers nationwide and respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp platforms.
    • Provide prompt, accurate, and high-quality responses to customer inquiries and service requests.
    • Log all customer support requests accurately for tracking and follow-up.
    • Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
    • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the Regional/State Team Lead as required.
    • Adhere to approved communication scripts, service guidelines, and operational procedures.
    • Collect and document customer feedback on products and services to support continuous improvement.
    • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
    • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers through clear and effective communication.
    • Maintain confidentiality and data privacy of customer information at all times.

    Experience & Background

    • Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant customer service or support experience.
    • Minimum educational qualification of BSc or HND.
    • Must have completed NYSC or possess a valid exemption/exclusion certificate.

    Employee Relations Partner

    The Senior Associate, Employee Relations Partner is an experienced case management specialist and subject matter expert responsible for maintaining fair, compliant, and high performance workplace culture. This role exists to ensure that employee relations (ER) practices not only mitigate risks but also strengthen trust, engagement, and organizational integrity across Moniepoint’s global operations.

    Beyond case management, the  Senior Associate, ER Partner shall provide on the ground reference point for process and quality questions on conflict resolution, policy interpretation and culture alignment. The role requires sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to balance empathy with fairness, so that leaders and HRBPs can rely on clear, well-reasoned guidance grounded in both compliance and Moniepoint's values. 

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Provide expert guidance on disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, and terminations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
    • Serve as a trusted voice of objectivity, balancing employee advocacy and organizational needs in every decision.
    • Partner with leaders, HRBPs, and Legal teams to resolve complex employee relations cases with fairness, consistency, and business alignment.
    • Support change management initiatives and culture programs that foster open communication, inclusion, and psychological safety.
    • Analyze ER trends, patterns, and case data to identify root causes, drive preventive strategies, and inform policy Updates.
    • Support the ER Partner in preparing data and reporting for ER metrics, trend analysis, and management reviews.
    • Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records and ensure documentation meets the standard required for internal audit, appeal, or external legal challenge.
    • Liaise with Legal, Internal Control, Compliance, and other functions on case-specific matters, escalating appropriately per the established escalation framework.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
    • 3–5 years of progressive HR or Employee Relations experience, including direct case management in a complex regulated environment.
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment practices, with exposure to multiple geographies considered an advantage.
    • Proving experience managing investigations, conflict resolution, and policy enforcement. 
    • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, well-organised case documentation under time pressure.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders confidently.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Professional certification in progress or completed (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or relevant Legal/ER specialization).
    • Experience in fintech, banking, or other high-growth, multi-entity organizations.
    • Familiarity with case management or HRIS platforms used to track disciplinary and grievance matters.
