Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all daily shift activities
• Oversee pump attendants and cashiers to ensure productivity and accountability
• Ensure accurate fuel dispensing, sales tracking, and reporting
• Enforce safety, compliance, and operational procedures
• Monitor staff performance and address operational issues promptly
• Report daily activities, incidents, and performance metrics to management

Requirements

• OND/HND (minimum qualification)
• 2+ years experience in retail, filling station, or supervisory roles
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Good attention to detail and organizational ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience in a fuel station or oil & gas retail environment
• Basic understanding of inventory or sales reporting systems

Responsibilities

• Process customer payments (cash, POS, transfers)
• Maintain accurate daily sales records
• Reconcile cash at end of shift
• Issue receipts and manage POS systems
• Report discrepancies immediately

Requirements

• Basic accounting or cash handling experience
• High level of honesty and attention to detail.
