    Personal Assistant to Senior Cleric

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly organized, dedicated, and professional Personal Assistant to support the Senior Cleric in his duties within the Anglican Church.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support to the Bishop, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
    • Manage and maintain the SeniorCleric calendar, including scheduling meetings, events, and appointments.
    • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
    • Assistancewith the preparing and organising of church services, meetings, and special events.
    • Maintain confidential records and documents related to the Senior Cleric’s role.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics as required.

    Qualifications

    • He must be Anglican
    • Preferably Yoruba
    • Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Familiarity with the Anglican faith
    • Proficiency in office software, including Word, PowerPoint, spreadsheets, and email management.
    • A calm, professional demeanour and the ability to work in a dynamic and sometimes demanding environment.

    Desirable Skills:

    • Experience in a church or faith-based organization.
    • Knowledge of Anglican liturgical practices and terminology.
    • A caring and compassionate approach to pastoral responsibilities.

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a reliable and skilled In-House Cook to join our household.
