    Freelance Solutions Architect

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manages detailed design phases for development projects, tracking and resolving technical issues and ensuring the solution meets business needs
    • Build and deliver complex technical solutions
    • Identify program dependencies and critical decision/discussion points
    • Convey technical information and Interact with product managers during product ideations and guides on technical solutions.
    • Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business.
    • Facilitation of client product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks
    • Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.
    • Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in an area of specialization.
    • Knowledge of the software development life cycle.
    • Information Systems and MS Office applications skills
    • Fundamental Knowledge of K2: Digital Process Automation Software is an added advantage
    • Relevant .NET development skills (C#, ASP.NET, XML, Web Services, WCF, SQL Server).

    Software Tester

    Description 

    • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for various software applications, ensuring they meet functional and quality requirements.
    • Conduct thorough software testing, including both manual and automated tests, to identify and document defects, bugs, and issues.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to ensure timely and effective resolution of identified issues.
    • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes and tools, making recommendations for improvements and implementing best practices.
    • Perform regression testing to ensure the stability and reliability of software updates and releases.
    • Participate in the design and implementation of quality assurance frameworks, methodologies, and standards.
    • Provide clear and concise reports on testing progress, results, and any identified issues to relevant stakeholders.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest software testing trends, tools, and methodologies to enhance the overall quality assurance process.

    Requirements

    Audit Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and supervise the audit process during fieldwork/assignment and ensure coverage of audit scope
    • Develop risk-based audit programs/checklists for specific systems audits areas as assigned
    • Determine the specific scope of audits, relating to business processes, the platforms, and applications supporting the business processes.
    • Execute the audit plan by carrying out various audit
    • Review audit exceptions/draft findings appropriately
    • Review root cause, corrective action plan, and target dates for resolution of audit exceptions
    • Develop draft audit reports for audits/reviews
    • Carry out issue assurance/follow-up to ascertain the level of remediation of audit issues reported previously.
    • Ensure that appropriate audit work papers documentations are maintained for audit assignment.
    • Develop and maintain audit automation procedures to support and facilitate internal audit/inspection functions.
    • Perform other job-related ad-hoc assignments including IT-related technical investigations that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

    Deposit Mobilizer

    Responsibilities

    • To drive the deposit mobilization arm of the business.
    • Mobilization of funds from private sectors entities, individuals and corporate agencies.
    • Identify target markets with identified volumes to drive high volumes of new funds to the Company
    • Work with the team to develop and implement a business development plan to improve the deposit mobilization and retention of deposit and also manage withdrawal attrition
    • Oversee the development of innovative savings products in line with customer needs
    • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and individual depositors
    • Advice client on funds status and generate new clientele on an on-going basis.
    • Meet assigned targets and quota.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 3 years relevant work experience.
    • Proven track record of being a successful DepositMobilizer in a Financial institution.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent teamwork skill.
