    Human Resources Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and results driven Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and drive initiatives that support the organziation's growth and business objectives.
    • The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of human resource management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, payroll administration, policy implementation, compliance, and staff engagement.
    • The idea candidate must possess strong leadership skills, sound knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, and the ability to build a high performing and motivated workforce.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures,and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
    • Lead the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction process for new employees.
    • Manage employee relation by addressing grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
    • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
    • Coordinate performance management processes, appraisals, and employee development plans.
    • Oversee payroll administration, employee benefits, leave management, and HR records.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
    • Prepare periodic HR reports and provide strategic HR insights to management.
    • Advise management on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
    • Foster a positive workplace culture while promoting professionalism and accountability, and high performance.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
    • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive HR experience, with at least (2) years in a managerial role.
    • Previous HR experience in a bank, mircofinance bank, or other financial institution will be an added advantage.
    • Profession certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or any related HR certification is an added advantage.
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint and HR Information System (HRIS)
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving abilities.

    Administrative Officer

    Job Summary

    • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Admin Officer to oversee administrative operations and provide support to ensure the efficient running of the branch.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain and balance the branch cash book and other administrative financial records.
    • Prepare, organize, and maintain an accurate filing system for customer and staff documentation.
    • Ensure proper documentation, storage, and retrieval of operational and compliance records.
    • Process and monitor office expenditures, petty cash, and expense reports.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports as required.
    • Support account opening documentation and maintain records in line with regulatory requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
    • Liaise with Head Office on administrative and operational matters.
    • Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

    Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role.
    • Software Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
    • Core Competencies: Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision.

    Added Advantage:

    • Previous work experience in a Microfinance Bank or other financial institution.
    • Knowledge of cash book balancing, branch administration, banking documentation, and regulatory compliance.

    Business Development Officer

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Officer with prior banking experience to drive customer acquisition, build strong client relationships, and grow the comapany's customer base.
    • The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, business development, and relationship management.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities
    • Promote the company's products and service to prospectives clients.
    • Meet and exceed monthly sales and business growth clients.

    Job Description

    • Monitor and supervise daily operational activities to ensure complaince with company policies and procedures.
    • Implement and enforce internal control measures to safeguard company assets and minimize operational risks.
    • Investigate operational issues, discrepancies, and policy violations, and recommend corrective actions.
    • Prepare operational and control reports for management review.
    • Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and accurate reporting.
    • Idebtify process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen internal controls.
    • Maintain accurate records of operational activities and incidents
    • Support management in implementing operational strategies and continuous improvement initiatives

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Adminstration, Accounting, Management, Finance, or a related field
    • 1-3 years of experience in opeeations, internal control, compliance or audit.
    • Strong knowledge of internal control principles and operational processes
    • Proficiency in Mircosoft Office Suiye, especially Excel
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

    Job Description
