    Qualifications

    Front Desk / Customer Service Representative

    Job Description

    • As our Front Desk/Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors.
    • This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong customer-focused approach.The Front Desk/Customer Service Representative will provide a warm and welcoming environment for all guests and ensure their needs are met efficiently.

    Responsibilities

    • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Provide information about the company’s products and services.
    • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests.
    • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
    • Manage the front desk, including answering phones, checking in and out guests, and processing payments.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
    • Handle reservations, including booking appointments, cancellations, and modifications.
    • Manage the reservation system and ensure accuracy of information.
    • Assist with general office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
    • Monitor the security of the premises and report any suspicious activity.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc / HND in a relevant field from a reputable institution.
    • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong customer service orientation.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in computer systems and software.
    • Professional appearance and demeanor.
    • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
