Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions and maintain proper financial records.
• Prepare budget forecasts and monitor expenditure.
• Ensure timely bank reconciliations and account analysis.
• Manage payroll, invoicing, and tax filings in compliance with Nigerian tax laws.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management decision-making.
• Maintain and implement accounting policies, internal controls, and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
• Proven knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a robust social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
• Plan and manage social media calendars and publishing schedules.
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with content creators, designers, and marketing team members to maintain consistent branding.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience in media or advertising industry is an added advantage.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content creation tools.
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
