Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team in the REAL ESTATE. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for content, community building, and brand engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across multiple platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a robust social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
• Plan and manage social media calendars and publishing schedules.
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with content creators, designers, and marketing team members to maintain consistent branding.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience in media or advertising industry is an added advantage.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content creation tools.
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
