Responsibilities

The ERP Executive will be assigned the following primary responsibilities, among others:

• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize inventory processes.
• Record and update production data in a timely and accurate manner.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless data flow.
• Generate reports to track production efficiency.
• Manage receivables data and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts.
• Prepare reports on receivables and outstanding balances.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. Degrees in Business, Finance, Computer Science or other related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ Experience in data entry roles, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with ERP applications (Sage, Microsoft or any other ERP) is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
• Working knowledge of business and accounting management
