Job Summary

• Research Coordinator is responsible for identifying, analyzingand reporting on market trends, competitor showroomsand emerging product innovations

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits (physical or virtual) to competitor showrooms to observe Product displays and layouts & Pricing strategies
• Research and track industry trends in Furniture design, Interior decor styles, Materials, finishesand color trends
• Gather and analyze data on customer preferences
• Collaborate withSales and marketing teams, Interior designers &Procurement team
• Provide recommendations forShowroom improvements, product assortment updates and visual merchandising strategies
• Maintain a database of competitor activities and showroom benchmarks
• Monitor local and international design trends via exhibitions, catalogsand online platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new project opportunities (e.g., hotels, hospitals, residential, government projects)
• Build and maintain relationships with: Clients, Architects, Contractors, Government agencies
• Conduct feasibility studies and market research to evaluate project potential
• Lead project planning, including: Budget estimation, Timeline development & Resource planning
• Prepare and present project proposals, bidsand tenders
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, salesand operations)
• Monitor project progress from concept to completion
• Ensure projects meet: Quality standards, Budget requirements, Deadlines, Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with at least 2 years experience.
