    Picture Framer/ Photobook Specialist

    Location: Ibadan  

    Experience- a minimum of 2 years

    We are looking to recruit picture framers to help manage the department and ensure efficiency and service delivery

    Responsibilities

    • Meet clients to determine their picture, mirror and crafts framing requirements.
    • Study items that need to be framed, and provide clients with advice on appropriate solutions.
    • Provide clients with information on possible framing and restoration timelines and costs.
    • Extract pictures from old frames, making sure that they are not torn or damaged, and place them carefully in new ones.
    • Remove old finishes by stripping using steel wool and glass paper, and by applying solvents and paint strippers.
    • Place pictures in new frames or on mounts, and ensure that they are safely and properly affixed on them.
    • Fit and fasten frame pieces and mount backing materials and subjects for framing purposes.
    • Set up and operate woodworking and wood stock machines to ensure that proper framing solutions are carried out.
    • Place glass on top of framed pictures, ensuring that it is properly affixed, leaving no room for falling out.
    • Cut cardboard pieces and ensure that it is properly fit into the frame, to keep pictures steady and safe.

    Requirements

    • Hands-on experience in production of photobooks from start to finish
    • Hands-on experience in the production of Frames from start to finish

    Lead Customer Experience Specialist

    We are looking for a passionate Lead Customer Experience Specialist to help support our Market.

    Responsibilities

    • To support the department to handle administrative tasks raised by internal teams, external customer's requests, enquiries & complaints via email, phone, web chat, marketplaces and social media in a timely manner.
    • Understand customer enquiries and respond via applicable channels: email, phone, web chat, marketplaces, and social media.
    • Analyze, review and recommend appropriate solutions to enhance process efficiency and service standards.
    • Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and police manner following the processes.
    • To ensure customer's requests are attended within the time frames to avoid any service delays.
    • To work in a team environment and support each other in multitasking & flexible working hours/days.

    SKILLS /REQUIREMENTS

    • Able to converse and correspond in English 
    • A minimum of 4years experience in customer service preferred
    • Qualification in Project management/marketing will be an advantage
    • Experience in Communication/media or Photography will be an added advantage
    • Excellent communication skills, on the telephone or in writing.
    • Very patient in handling concerns from different types of customers.
    • Very independent and highly motivated to learn and ability to learn new concepts quickly and apply to assigned tasks and responsibilities.
    • Good task management and cross-functional team coordination skills.
    • Ability to work as part of a team, to integrate with others and to show personal initiative.
    • Results-oriented, career-minded, hard-working, focused, and team-oriented player.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Has the initiative and the ability to offer new ideas.

    Female Accountant

    Location: Ibadan

    We are looking for an ambitious Female Accountant to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks.

    Responsibilities:

    • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
    • Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
    • Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
    • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
    • Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
    • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
    • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
    • Assist with other accounting projects

    Requirements

    • BSc/HND in Accounting
    • Excellent organizing abilities
    • Great attention to detail
    • Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
    • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software
    • Must be resident in Ibadan
