    Payroll & Total Rewards

    This role requires strong numerical ability, high attention to detail, and excellent stakeholder management skills to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies while delivering a seamless employee experience.

    Job Details

    • Process monthly payroll for permanent staff, temporary staff, and contractors accurately and within defined timelines
    • Review and compute final entitlements, including terminal benefits and exit payments
    • Ensure accurate payroll adjustments, reconciliations, and reporting
    • Prepare and file monthly and annual tax returns with relevant tax authorities
    • Process and manage Employee Tax Clearance Certificates (e-TCC)
    • Liaise with regulatory bodies such as LIRS, NSITF, NHF, Pension Commission, and other statutory agencies to ensure compliance
    • Support administration of employee benefits including HMO management and enrolment updates
    • Assist in compensation surveys by providing relevant payroll and reward data analysis
    • Support benchmarking and internal compensation computations
    • Prepare employment offer letters and other reward-related documentation
    • Respond to employee enquiries on payroll, tax, and benefits issues
    • Support HR teams on cross-functional assignments where required
    • Maintain accurate payroll records and generate periodic reports for management
    • Provide insights and feedback on payroll trends and discrepancies
    • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of employee compensation data

    Requirements

    • Minimum of Second Class (Upper) division in, Accounting, Economics, or related numerical/analytical discipline from a reputable university.
    • Minimum of five O’Level credits in one sitting, including English Language and Mathematics.
    • Responsible for monthly payroll (both regular, temps, contractors, etc).
    • Responsible for monthly final entitlement computation. 
    • Filling of tax returns to the Tax authorities.
    • Processing of e-TCC forms for the firm.
    • Preparation of offer letters for new employees.
    • Liaising with relevant authorities (LIRS, NSITF, NHF, etc) on related issues.
    • Provide feedback to staff on all payroll issues.
    • Assist in the compensation survey by providing relevant input and carrying out computations.
    • Responsible for the HMO management for staff.
    • Assist with other HR units when required.
    • Strong consulting skills: analytical, written, and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
    • High initiative and leadership.
    • Motivation to achieve high standards of customer service and professionalism.
    • Strong skills on Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Good digital skills.

    Learning and Development Support Specialist

    You will join a dedicated and passionate team focused on building capability and driving continuous learning across top organisations. You will support the design and delivery of impactful training programmes that enhance employee performance and prepare talent for future leadership roles, upskill in current roles and contribute to their overall development.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities

    Content Development and Slides Design:

    • Collaborate and research effectively to design and develop engaging and comprehensive curriculums.
    • Assist in conducting needs analysis (where necessary) to identify learning objectives and outcomes. 
    • Assist with writing compelling training proposals.
    • Develop training slides, ice breakers, and other class activities that ensures high-quality learning experience. 

    Training Coordination:

    • Ensure all items on the training checklist is ticked in a timely manner for all trainings – implant or open programmes.
    • Liaise with all necessary vendors required in contributing to the success of the execution of trainings.
    • Liaise with the Office assistants in ensuring all items are in place before commencement of trainings.

    Report Writing

    • Compile and document detailed reports on training programmes where required.

    Clients and Participants’ Experience: 

    • Maintain a positive and professional client and participant experience by providing timely updates on trainings.
    • Ensuring all training logistics are in place in a manner that makes learning experience seamless and outstanding.
    • Ensuring training environment is conducive for learning at all times.

    Data & Pipeline Management: 

    • Develop and maintain robust database marketing database of previous clients and prospects across different industries.
    • Ensure the maintenance and regular update of a comprehensive participants’ database. 

    Employer Branding: 

    • Contribute to KPMG’s employer branding and EVP initiatives by promoting our culture and values through various channels. Staying up to date on updates in various sectors to enhance the L&D pipeline and process.

    Academic/ Professional qualifications and Experience:

    • A minimum of a Second-Class Lower Division from a recognized university.
    • Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in a Learning and Development role.
    • Minimum of 5 O’Level credits in two sittings (including English and Mathematics).
    • A strong passion and willingness to build a career in Learning and Development.
    • Strong experience in research and developing training slides, proposals, curriculums and other instructional materials.
    • Proficiency in the use of technology, AI & Digital skills- MS office packages with specific attention on Microsoft PowerPoint in designing visually slides.
    • Great administrative, coordination, organisation and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in relating with clients and training participants.
    • Good report writing skills.
    • Good attention to details.
    • Good project management skills.
    • Good stakeholder management skills.
