Job Summary: 

• The Deposit Mobilization Offer will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, retain, and grow deposit liabilities for the bank. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, identifying new deposit opportunities, and ensuring sustained growth in the bank’s deposit portfolio in line with set targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective deposit mobilization strategies to meet or exceed set targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase the bank’s deposit base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, corporate bodies, and institutions.
• Manage and monitor deposit accounts to ensure retention and growth.
• Prepare regular performance reports on deposit mobilisation activities and achievements.
• Work closely with the marketing team to design and roll out deposit-focused campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Ensure all deposit mobilization activities are carried out in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Train and guide team members or deposit officers to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Represent the bank at business forums, trade fairs, and networking events to promote deposit products.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Achievement of monthly and annual deposit mobilization targets.
• Growth in number and value of deposit accounts.
• Retention rate of deposit customers.
• Contribution to overall liability growth of the bank.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking & Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years’ proven experience in deposit mobilisation, business development, or relationship management within the financial services sector.
• Strong network and relationship with potential deposit clients and institutions.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor information security strategies, policies, and controls.
• Oversee the organization’s data protection strategy and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Conduct information security and data protection risk assessments, including DPIAs.
• Develop and maintain data protection policies, procedures, and risk treatment plans.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, data subject requests, and compliance issues.
• Coordinate VAPT, IT audits, and other information security assessments.
• Collaborate with business units to strengthen risk management, controls, and overall information security.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Accounting, or Finance, with a minimum of Second-Class Upper.
• Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in Information Security and Data Protection, preferably within the Nigerian Capital Market.
• Strong knowledge of information security frameworks, cybersecurity, risk management, and GRC tools.
• Good understanding of data protection legislation, particularly NDPR.
• Relevant professional certification such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, CEH, CIPP, CDPO, or ISO certification.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the audit, design, installation and complete execution of a solar power solutions.
• Act as a nerve centre and co-ordinates with various teams – both internal and external for seamless project execution.
• Develop standard operation procedures and quality or safety standards for solar installation work.
• Assess accurately the energy consumption profile and energy cost profile of customers. Capable of optimally sizing solar power solutions.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of development and construction - projects could be located locally and regionally.
• Design solar systems based on customer requirements; mini grid and roof top solar etc. Discuss with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.
• Responsible for transforming the good solar, electrical and civil design on paper into the actual field.

Essential Skills/Knowledge

• Team leadership skills
• Experience with Helioscope, PV Syst photovoltaic software or similar comprehensive software tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CAD or other engineering design software
• Excellent English oral and written communication skill
• Good knowledge for conducting all essential tests required in entire Solar Project Execution.
• Have very good knowledge of power systems such as solar panels, controllers, inverters/UPS, energy storage (Batteries), DG Sets, Transformers MPPT, protection and security systems.
• Capable of creating electrical single-line diagrams, panel schedules, or connection diagrams for solar electric systems, using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Able to travel locally or regionally across the country

Education/Professional Qualifications

• Minimum 8 and above years’ experience in similar position
• Degree in relevant discipline, Electronics/Electrical Engineering
• Experience of solar projects
