• We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who will lead all aspects of our business and ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.

• Daily cordinate the Front of House and Back of House restaurant operations
• Ensure quality delivery of service and maximze customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
• promote sales throughmarketing
• implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager
• Extensive knowledge in food service
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Financial Management skill.

Job Description

• We need an experienced Cook who is an expert at ensuring excellent food quality.
• He/she must be willing to work with other kitchen staff to ensure that the kitchen runs effectively and maintain kitchen equipment.

Requirements

• Applicant must reside in Surulere
• He/she must ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented in an aesthetically pleasing way
• He/she must oversee food preparation, checking that all kitchen staff are performing their duties
• Train new kitchen staff.

Job Description
We are looking for a suitable candidate who would:

• Prepare statutory accounts.
• Record and file cash transactions
• Ensure payments, amounts and records are accurate.
• Work with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals to monitor stocks and sales.
• Control credit and chase after debt.
• Process and file invoice.
• Process expense requests for approval.
• Reconcile cash and bank transactions

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND In Accounting or any Finance related field.
• 1-3 working experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. Quick Books).
