Account Assistant

Job Description
We are looking for a suitable candidate who would:
- Prepare statutory accounts.
- Record and file cash transactions
- Ensure payments, amounts and records are accurate.
- Work with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals to monitor stocks and sales.
- Control credit and chase after debt.
- Process and file invoice.
- Process expense requests for approval.
- Reconcile cash and bank transactions
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND In Accounting or any Finance related field.
- 1-3 working experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. Quick Books).
