    Cake Decorator

    Job Summary

    • The Fondant & Butter Cake Decorator will be responsible for creating visually appealing and high-quality cake designs using fondant, buttercream, and other decorative techniques.
    • This role ensures that all cakes meet the brand’s quality standards, design specifications, and customer expectations for special occasions and regular sales.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, prepare, and decorate cakes using fondant, buttercream, royal icing, and other decorative mediums.
    • Collaborate with the bakery team to ensure timely completion of customer orders.
    • Accurately interpret cake design specifications from customers, including themes, colors, and styles.
    • Ensure cakes are decorated according to the brand’s quality standards and in line with food safety regulations.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, tools, and decorating equipment.
    • Assist in baking cake bases when required.
    • Manage stock levels for decorating supplies and report shortages promptly.
    • Keep up to date with current cake trends, techniques, and designs.
    • Handle customer design requests with professionalism and creativity.
    • Maintain proper storage and handling of cakes to preserve freshness and presentation quality.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • SSCE / OND or equivalent qualification; additional certification in cake decoration or pastry arts is an advantage.
    • Proven experience in fondant and buttercream cake decoration.
    • Strong artistic and creative skills with an eye for detail.
    • Knowledge of baking fundamentals and cake preparation.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Good time management, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Commitment to hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

    Revenue Assurance Officer (Graduate Entry)

    Job Summary

    • The Entry-Level Revenue Assurance Officer will support the Revenue Assurance team in monitoring, validating, and safeguarding the company’s revenue streams.
    • This role ensures that all sales transactions, cash collections, and financial records across QSR outlets are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and procedures.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in tracking and reconciling daily sales, deposits, and payment records from QSR outlets.
    • Monitor POS transactions, ensuring accuracy between sales data and bank collections.
    • Support in identifying, reporting, and resolving revenue leakages or discrepancies.
    • Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for completeness and correctness.
    • Work with outlet managers and cashiers to ensure compliance with cash handling and reporting procedures.
    • Assist in preparing revenue assurance reports for management review.
    • Participate in spot checks, audits, and investigations at outlets when required.
    • Support the implementation of controls to improve revenue accuracy and reduce losses.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of revenue assurance activities and findings.
    • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Audit teams to resolve reconciliation issues.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 0–2 years of relevant experience (experience in retail/QSR/hospitality will be an advantage).
    • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
    • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
    • Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling figures.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Integrity, confidentiality, and a commitment to high ethical standards.
