    Project Quality Engineer

    Job Description

    • We are looking to hire a Project Quality Engineer to oversee all aspects of quality management for our projects.
    • The project quality engineer will be engaged in inspecting materials, processes, and products, ensuring compliance with new and existing quality standards and regulations, implementing quality management actions, and contributing to the development of company policies and procedures.
    • The project quality engineer shall provide quality support to projects from the planning phase to project completion.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensuring compliance with the organization’s quality management system.
    • Develop and manage all welding-related documentation as required by clients and the organization’s procedures.
    • Monitoring and reporting on all project activities, processes, and procedures.
    • Developing internal auditing tools and conducting internal quality audits and reports.
    • Determining data-driven solutions and implementing quality improvement plans.
    • Performing regular inspections of projects to ensure employees adhere to quality standards.
    • Assisting with the development of company policies, processes, and procedures.
    • Providing projects with quality planning and support.
    • Conducting or assisting with regulatory and quality training sessions.
    • Preparing and maintaining quality management documentation.

    Requirements

    • A Degree in Engineering or any relevant course.
    • 2+ years of experience working with quality management systems
    • 2+ years of work experience in a steel fabrication environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
    • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
    • Strong organizational skills.

    Design and Commercial Engineer (Experienced)

    Responsibilities

    • Technical Design and Engineering: Develop detailed designs, utilize CAD software, perform engineering calculations, and optimize project performance.
    • Commercial Aspects: Prepare cost estimates, conduct value engineering, develop project proposals, and participate in contract negotiations.
    • Procurement Support: Collaborate with procurement teams, develop technical specifications, and evaluate supplier proposals.
    • Project Execution Support: Provide technical guidance, coordinate with construction teams, and manage design changes.
    • Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and integrate risk management into project planning.
    • Interdisciplinary Coordination: Work with other engineering disciplines and coordinate with project managers, estimators, and schedulers.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification in Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
    • 2 - 4 years of experience.
    • High Analytical, creative and cognitive ability.
    • Good handle of CAD & CAE software (AutoCAD 3D, AutoCAD Advance Steel, AME Tank, SolidWorks, PipeFlow, Prota, ANSYS, Aspen HYSYS)
    • Good handle of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
    • Good communication skills.

    Operations Intern

    Job Overview

    • We are seeking a dynamic Operations Intern to support our project delivery team in various commercial and operational activities. This role offers excellent exposure to project management, commercial operations, and cross-departmental collaboration.

    Key Responsibilities
    Project Support & Budget Management:

    • Assist Project Managers in budget tracking, cost monitoring, and financial reporting
    • Prepare budget variance reports and cost analysis for ongoing projects
    • Support in project cost estimation and financial planning activities
    • Assist in preparing project status reports and commercial summaries

    Commercial Operations:

    • Assist in procurement processes, purchase order preparation, and supplier coordination
    • Conduct market research for materials, equipment, and services pricing
    • Support in commercial risk assessment and mitigation strategies

    Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

    • Coordinate with Design Department on project specifications and technical requirements
    • Liaise with Procurement Department on pricing, contracts, and vendor management
    • Support communication between project teams and various stakeholders

    Administrative & Operational Support:

    • Support in project scheduling and milestone tracking
    • Assist in preparing reports for management and clients
    • Coordinate project logistics and resource allocation

    Required Qualifications

    • A degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
    • Strong analytical and numerical skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Project experience at least for 2 years
    • Basic understanding of EPC industry operations
    • Knowledge of project management principles
    • Familiarity with procurement and commercial processes.

    Store Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Arranges store items and supplies, ensuring ease of retrieval.
    • Follows up with procurement to ensure timely supply of the items
    • Liaises with external suppliers for the delivery of store
    • Inspects all newly purchased store items, ensuring conformance with quantity and design specifications.
    • Ensures the store maintains a high level of hygiene at all times
    • Perform all other task as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE or OND / NCE in a relevant field and at least 1 year of storekeeping or similar experience.
    • Age 25 - 35years old
    • A Male is preferred.
