The job description of security manager/cso shall include but not limited to:

• Work directly with all hods and report directly to the gm
• Creat and provide adequate security presence and consciousness that will deter criminal activities
• Establish a safe and secured eniroment where work strives, and assets assured
• Ensure continued maintenance of law and order by all within the group
• Timely and effective response to emergency situation at all times
• Timely supply of information relating to criminal activities to appropriate quaters
• Incidents investigation and reporting
• Management of outsourced security operatives & mopol
• Security audit  and reporting
•  perform necessary assign job
• Any other business that may be assign from time to time
• A hotel in ajao estate is looking for a chief security officer who will take care of their daily security and help in setting up security boundaries within the hotel.

Requirement
Must have experience in the security industry.should be a retired policeman or army officer.

The prefered candidate should have at least 10 years experience as a chef in an international Hotel.  The role include

• Supervise, coordinate and direct activities in the kitchen
• Estimate food to ne cooked for the resturant and requisition
• Receive  and examine foodstuffs and supplies to ensure quality and quantity meet the established standards and specifications
• Select and develop recipes based on type of food to be prepared  and applying personal knowledge and experience in food preparation
• Supervise personnel engaged in preparing, cooking and serving food items
• Cook or otherwise prepare food according to recipe
• Determine best way food should be presented and create decorative food displays
• Determine production schedules to ensure timely delivery of service
• Estimate amount of cost required for food ingredients
• Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance with standards
• Monitor sanitation practice to ensure standard regulations are followed.
• Prepare and cook food of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guest or functions
• Coordinate planning, budgeting and purchasing for all the food items
• In addition to preparing African local dishes, must be able adapt in preparing dishes such as Chinese, Lebanese, French  and Spanish

QUALIFICATION

• Must be professionally sound
• Must have atleast 10 years working experience as a Chef in a world class cuisine
• Must be time flexible and willing to work for extensive hours(such as night, early mornings, week-ends and public holidays)
• Must be able to communicate in English
• Ideal candidate must be able to work calmly, stay organized and be effective under pressure
• Must be able to take direction well from other
• Must be a graduate from a recognized catering schoole.g City and Guilds of London or its equivalents.
