    Marine Manager

    JOB SUMMARY:

    • The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing finance operational activities and all aspects of tax compliance, implementing tax planning strategies, and liaising with external authorities as needed.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance finance and accounting processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
    • Ensure complete reconciliation of intercompany receivables and payables.
    • Ensure timely submission of monthly management reports.
    • Identify opportunities for tax savings and efficiencies while ensuring compliance with tax laws.
    • Conduct tax planning exercises to estimate and forecast tax liabilities, ensuring adequate provisions are made for tax payments.
    • Advise on the tax implications of various financial decisions and business activities
    • Record keeping, book keeping and accounting
    • Financial and Tax Compliance
    • Reporting and Analysis
    • Tax advisory and Training

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • First degree or its equivalent in a numerate discipline.
    • At least 2 years relevant experience in accounting/tax management.
    • Professional member of ICAN/ ACCA required
    • Knowledge of the GAAP/IFRS.
    • Knowledge of federal and state tax laws
    • Ability to prepare and fill tax returns.
    • Communication, Presentation & Negotiation.
    • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office & the internet.

    Medical Doctor (General Practitioner)

    Job Overview

    • Responsible for managing all aspects related to patient care and medical report analyses within the organization.
    • He/She will serve as clinical advisor and provide professional medical advisory to both the clients of Geo Medical Centre and as a representative of the company in cooperate engagement that may require medical insight.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintains personal contact with patients, patients’ relatives (guardians) and assist staff in dealing with complaints.
    • Oversee the daytoday operations of the department to ensure good service delivery and smooth operations in accordance with Geo Medical Centre policies and best practices.
    • Plans, implements and evaluates all curative activities/ services of the facility and ensures high performance standards.
    • Communicates the medical result of individuals and corporate client via email or oneon one engagement.
    • Monitors and maintains standards of clinical practice.

    Job Requirement

    • Medical certification degree
    • Must have an up to date practicing medical license
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in medical practice

    Marine Manager

    Job Description

    • Our client, a leading global independent energy and marine consultant company is in search of a suitably qualified Marine Manager for their Nigeria Office to drive growth.
    • He / She will be responsible for developing our client’s presence in Nigeria.

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Driving the client’s strategic plans of the in country and in Western Africa’s Marine and Oil &Gas sector.
    • Supporting day to day running of Clients Marine Warranty, Marine Operations, Assurance & Consultancy.
    • Maintain and develop new and existing clients through appropriate proposition and relevant liaison to optimize the current quality of service, business growth and client satisfaction.
    • Conduct hands-on Marine Warranty, Assurance & Consultancy and AIM projects.
    • Support the Regional Management Team across all of client’s business offerings.
    • Prepare tenders and proposals

    ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

    • Engineering degree from a reputable university, or Master Mariner (STCW II/2), Chief Engineer (STCW III/2), or equivalent with relevant offshore related experience/background and/or mechanical engineering degree with AIM experience.
    • Naval Architect, Chartered Engineer or equivalent in relevant engineering discipline.
    • Proven track record in MWS / marine operations & consultancy / maritime / AIM
    • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
    • Excellent English fluency including writing skills to deliver quality technical reports and communication.
    • Able to travel at short notice
