The Regional Dispatcher owns last-mile transport execution at the regional fulfillment centre. The role exists to convert outbound demand into structured, optimised delivery plans with high DIFOT performance, controlled cost per run, and full POD closure. The role owns planning, execution, and a control role across fleet, routes, and delivery outcomes.
Expectation:
- Full POD capture and closure on the same day of delivery
- Vehicle utilisation maintained at or above 80 percent per run
- DIFOT consistently above 95 percent across all delivery runs
- Zero reliance on informal dispatch channels outside system tools
- Real-time visibility across all active deliveries and route execution
- Delivery reporting is accurate, complete, and decision-ready daily
- Cost per delivery run tracked, controlled, and improving over time
- Clear separation and routing of transport vs upstream delivery failures
- 3PL partners actively managed against defined SLAs and performance metrics
- All deliveries executed through structured dispatch planning and route optimisation
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Dispatch planning and execution control
- Own daily and weekly dispatch plans aligned to outbound demand and deployment schedules
- Build optimised vehicle loads and assign routes before dispatch windows open
- Cluster deliveries by territory to maximise route density and reduce cost per drop
- Maintain forward visibility of delivery demand and confirm capacity in advance
- Ensure no vehicle departs without confirmed staging, documentation, and system validation
- Enforce system-based dispatch execution with no reliance on informal communication channels
- Conduct load and label verification to ensure alignment between physical and system records
- Capture real-time dispatch and delivery updates in system tools
- Maintain full integrity between dispatch plan, executed delivery, and recorded outcome
- Manage both internal fleet and 3PL drivers to the same delivery standards
- Conduct structured end-of-day debriefs with full POD and exception closure

The Inventory Controller owns end-to-end stock integrity at the regional fulfillment centre. The role exists to eliminate stock inaccuracies, enforce transaction discipline, and establish a controlled, auditable inventory environment aligned to the inventory management system and Finance.
This is a build role. Ownership is absolute across inbound, storage, outbound, and reverse logistics.
Reporting into: Asset and Inventory Coordinator
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Inventory execution and control
- Own end-to-end inventory integrity from inbound receipt to outbound dispatch and returns
- Ensure all stock movements are system-led, validated, and fully traceable
- Eliminate manual workarounds and enforce transaction discipline across all flows
- Inbound and receiving discipline
- Receive all inbound shipments against approved POs with full verification of quantity, serial numbers, and condition
- Execute serialized GRNs in the inventory management system with strict PO linkage and three-way match validation
- Quarantine all non-conforming inventory with immediate exception logging
- Coordinate inbound scheduling to ensure readiness across dock, labour, and storage zones
- Capture landed cost inputs and share with Finance for reconciliation
- Warehouse structure and inventory organisation
- Maintain strict six-zone warehouse structure (Z1 Inbound Staging, Z2
- Available Stock, Z3 Kitting and Outbound, Z4 Returns and Repairs, Z5
- Obsolete and Scrap and Z6 Quarantine)
- Enforce bin-level location control with accurate inventory management system mapping at all times
- Maintain clear segregation across usable, repair, quarantine, and scrap inventory.

Degree or HND in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or Engineering
