    Procurement Officer (Mechanical & Industrial Engineering)

    Job Summary:

    The procurement officer will take charge of all purchase order (LPO) requests, effectively communicating with suppliers and ensuring thorough follow-up to ensure the smooth fulfillment of orders.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Proceed with supplier registration and pre-qualification, ensuring quality assurance, quality control, and Health, Safety, and compliance.
    • Diligently handle all personal protective equipment (PPE) requests, ensuring timely follow-up and coordinating payment procedures.
    • Take charge of all purchase order (LPO) requests, effectively communicating with suppliers and ensuring thorough follow-up to ensure the smooth fulfillment of orders.
    • Manage inventory of warehouse stock items including filters and personal protective equipment (PPE) from suppliers.
    • Efficiently organize and maintain inventory while also ensuring proper documentation and filing procedures are followed.
    • Facilitate the procurement process for all workshop consumables, ensuring timely and accurate requests are made to maintain inventory levels.
    • Carefully assess and evaluate bids received from suppliers, conducting a thorough analysis to ensure the selection of the most suitable option that aligns with budgetary requirements and quality standards.
    • Create a Request for Quotation (RFQ) document with all the necessary specifications and requirements. Ensure it includes clear instructions on how suppliers should submit their quotes and any relevant deadlines.
    • Analyze request category/supplier data.
    • Pay visits to suppliers and Perform Supplier Evaluation and Reviews
    • Ensure the entire procurement process is in line with the QHSE system

    Requirements

    • B.sc in Economics, Engineering, or any related field
    • 3+ years of experience in procurement and Supply chain management.
    • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) will be an added advantage.
    • Experience using supply chain management software and tools, including SAP and ERP software
    • Excellent negotiation and vendor sourcing skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Must possess excellent management and leadership skills.
    • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure

    Product Sales (Condition Monitoring)

    Job Summary:

    Our client is seeking to hire a result – driven Product sales Engineer who will combine technical knowledge along with sales skills to determine and understand customer ‘s needs. He/she will attend to them through the range of products and services offered by the company.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key departments across the clients, namely Engineering & Projects to identify their technical needs relating to Condition Monitoring and Plant Asset Management.
    • Conduct regular visits to stakeholders across all Clients for follow-up on current business and spotting new opportunities.
    • Conduct surveys across all clients to develop an accurate and detailed database on the Condition Monitoring install base and the asset critical machinery, and record and keep track of their status and activities to initiate and develop business opportunities through proposing interventions, upgrades, and replacements.
    • Develop monthly action plans to meet or exceed Product and Services sales targets set.
    • Raise technical awareness for condition monitoring in question across all clients and respond to their technical queries and operational challenges and issues through presentations and demonstrations of the products with customers.
    • Work closely with the clients through their decision-making and selection process and seek opportunities to propose solutions and give a leading edge over competing products in new sales opportunities.
    • Maintain up-to-date market and competitor knowledge related to condition monitoring to develop effective counter strategies.

    Requirements

    Key Requirements

    • B.ENG degree in an Engineering or any related discipline (preferably Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering)
    • 6-8 years of experience in a similar role 
    • VCAT 1, VCAT 2, VCAT 3 or VCAT 4 certification will be an added advantage
    • Strong knowledge in Online Condition Monitoring Systems, mainly on critical rotating equipment
    • Knowledge in Portable Condition Monitoring devices and Vibration Spectrums
    • Ability to travel within the country is a must.

    Job Summary:

    Our client is seeking to hire an exceptional Quality Assurance and Control Inspector who will oversee and execute quality inspection and resolve problems relating to quality control.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Implement quality practices and processes in the workstation.
    • Check and complete the quality inspection checklist as work progresses.
    • Perform visual and measurement tests of equipment unit.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve problems relating to Quality Control.

    Key Requirements

    • A B. Eng / HND degree in mechanical engineering
    • 2- 5 years working experience as a QA/AC in similar industry

    • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Excel skills
    • Good understanding of the Quality control process.
    • Ability to read engineering/mechanical drawings and use measurement tools.
    • Experience in Rotating equipment; repairs and assembly including pumps, and compressors.
    • Experience in welding and fabrication activities.
    • Detail Oriented: Ability to pay keen attention to details

    Key Account Manager (Mechanical & Industrial Engineering)

    Job Summary:

    The key account executive will be responsible for tracking and managing all activities occurring for each account assigned, starting from lead identification and tender generation up to final payment and cycle closure.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Effectively coordinate and track all activities occurring for each account assigned, starting from lead identification and tender generation up till final payment and cycle closure.
    • Establish, develop, and maintain trust and business relationships with key personnel across various departments (contracts and procurement, maintenance, engineering, projects, finance, accounting, etc.) in assigned accounts; this helps in knowing and developing customer organizational structure per department.
    • Acquire a thorough understanding of the customer’s business, goals, needs, and requirements and accordingly propose solutions that meet their objectives.
    • Keep abreast of client production rates, investments and divestments, and other activities, news, and projects in order to build an opportunity pipeline, identify new areas of interest, and generate new business.
    • Ensure successful and timely delivery of products and services to assigned accounts according to their specifications. 
    • Ensure continuous customer satisfaction by delivering high on major customer performance criteria (OTD, RT, HSE, Quality, etc.).
    • Arrange, at a minimum, weekly visits to each customer to follow up on business, look for opportunities, enhance relationships, and attend to their queries and complaints. 
    • Ensure client visits are pre-planned and well-prepared prior to the visit. Visits are to be followed with timely & and professional visit reports.
    • Attend to tenders and negotiate with the client's tender, contract, and quotations terms and conditions in line with both the company-accepted parameters and clients’ needs until closing the deal. 

    Requirements

    • B.sc in Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field
    • 5-8 years of sales experience, preferably in an Oil and Gas related field. Knowledge of Oil and gas will be an added advantage
    • Frequent traveling within the country is highly required.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.…)
