    Data Analyst

    Description 

    • This role is for an experienced Data Analyst who will play a crucial role in analyzing, visualizing, and delivering data-driven insights using tools like Google Looker Studio, Zoho Analytics, Power BI, and others.
    • The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, develop interactive dashboards, and provide actionable recommendations to support data-informed decision-making.
    • The candidate's expertise in data visualization and MIS will contribute to the organization's success in leveraging data for strategic initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into interactive and insightful dashboards using tools like Google Looker Studio, Zoho Analytics, Power BI, and other data visualization platforms.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate data workflows and ensure seamless data flow between different systems, dashboards, and reports through thorough data validation and data cleansing techniques.
    • Design and develop data models and data schemas to support efficient data analysis and reporting processes.
    • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business decisions and strategic initiatives.
    • Optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for smooth and timely data integration into reporting platforms.
    • Monitor the performance and availability of all data dashboards, striving for 100% uptime and quick issue resolution.
    • Lead efforts to achieve self-reporting capabilities for end-users, enabling them to access relevant data insights independently.
    • Participate in data governance initiatives, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with data policies and regulations.
    • Provide timely delivery of all reports and dashboards, adhering to deadlines and maintaining report accuracy.
    • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization within data analysis and reporting workflows.

    Education and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
    • 5 years work expereiene.
    • Post Graduate Degree (MBA, M.Sc., etc.) an added advantage
    • Certifications will be an added advantage
    • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, with hands-on experience using Google Looker Studio, Zoho Analytics, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
    • Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and data validation.
    • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes.
    • Excellent data visualization skills with a track record of creating insightful dashboards.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
    • Experience in MIS development, data management, and knowledge of statistics is an advantage.

    Telecom Direct Sales Executives

    Job Description

    • The Direct sales executive (DSE) is responsible for driving sales increase of all ipNX retail products (FOS) within the territory he works in. She/he must recruit new subscribers through personal engagement and follow up.
    • The DSE must be able to develop relationships with Estate managers, facility managers and any key stakeholder. DSE’s must be able to win back churned customers and re-build broken relationships.
    • The DSE must recruit 10 subscribers or more every month.
    • The DSE must maintain and grow a pipeline of potential subscribers. This pipeline report must be submitted on a weekly basis.
    • Must carry out route mapping to identify potential and existing customers with given territory.
    • All sales reports must be submitted every week
    • Must be able to maintain a good working relationship with Team Lead and other DSE’s.
    • Must be polite at all times to customers and report any customer feedback during weekly meetings.
    • Must be present at all sales trainings and weekly meetings.
    • Must abide by the ipNX policies and standards when on ipNX premises and in dealing with customers

    Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills

    • HND in Engineering / Computer Science / Marketing / Sales / related disciplines
    • Understanding of communications Network, Experience in a b2b, B2C sales environment; field sales, consistent track record of success in achieving product effectiveness and customer experience targets.
    • Demonstrate a high level of organization and quality with multitasks, efficiency & priority setting.
    • Good Microsoft office suite competence.
    • Exemplary communication skills - both face to face and over the telephone. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
    • At least 2 years experience within the telecoms space.
    • Competitor behavior and strategy, including related product dynamics and product management

    OSP Planning and Design Engineers

    Job Description

    • Conduct Site surveys for study and planning of new FTTH deployment.
    • Prepare Low Level Design of Civil and Fiber Infrastructure for Optical Distribution Network (ODN) deployment to cover future demands.
    • FTTH Optical Distribution Network (ODN) planning, Cost estimation, Route Selection, fiber Management and Fiber Link Power Budgeting.
    • Prepare detailed FTTH design drawings including duct layouts and cabling layouts.
    • Preparation of BoM for FTTH OSP projects.
    • Preparation of High Level project scope description.
    • Preparation of fiber cabling plan and splice plans for FTTH projects.
    • Review of as-built drawings with FTTH roll-out team to ensure conformity with original design.
    • Planning and site selection of Central Offices (CO)
    • Design of Central Offices’ civil and fiber infrastructure
    • Pre-project discussions and co-ordination with FTTH roll-out team and OSP vendors.
    • Joint site walk-throughs with OSP Supervisor and contractor after kickoff meetings.
    • Conduct joint surveys with project team to resolve variation and change in scope issues.
    • Revise designs and BOMs and send in the documents for variation or scope change approval
    • Accuracy of OSP design (measured by level of modification by Team lead required on the design before final submission to Head, Network Services Business Unit).
    • Accuracy of Bill of Materials within tolerance limits.
    • The percentage of time site surveys are done within schedule without un-necessary re-visits.
    • Accuracy of High level Descriptions (measured by level of modification required after submission to Team Lead)
    • Accuracy of Fibre Splice Plans.
