    Content Creator & Social Media Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
    • Create, shoot, edit, and optimize reels, short-form videos, graphics, and other digital content.
    • Manage content calendars, posting schedules, and community engagement.
    • Monitor trends, algorithms, and audience insights to improve performance.
    • Maintain brand aesthetics and consistency across digital platforms.
    • Collaborate on campaigns, content ideas, and partnerships.
    • Analyze content performance and recommend improvements.
    • Use AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance content creation.

    Requirements

    • 1–3 years’ experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
    • Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Canva, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.
    • Strong creative, storytelling, and visual content skills.
    • Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies.
    • Comfortable creating content both behind and in front of the camera.
    • Fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or related industry experience is an advantage.

    Medical Sales Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
    • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, procurement teams, and key stakeholders.
    • Promote and sell the company’s medical products, equipment, and healthcare solutions.
    • Conduct product presentations and client meetings to drive sales opportunities.
    • Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender documentation.
    • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
    • Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Science, Biological Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4–7 years’ experience in medical, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or diagnostic sales.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
    • Good understanding of the healthcare industry and medical products.
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is an added advantage.
