    HR Executive

    Description

    • We're looking for an HR Executive to support our organization's strategic objectives by managing HR operations, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

    Key Responsibilities
    Support the HR Manager to:

    • Manage recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding while implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Administer benefits, compensation, and performance management systems.
    • Foster positive employee relations, resolve conflicts and ensure compliance.
    • Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate employee development programs.
    • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and compliance documentation.
    • Collaborate with management to address organizational development initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Humanities, or a Business-related field.
    • Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office.
    • 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in the food manufacturing or agriculture sector.
    • Professional HR certifications are desired.
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

    Facility Supervisor (Manufacturing)

    Job Summary

    • The Facility Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring all maintenance activities are executed properly and the facility remains safe and fully operational.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring all systems are functioning properly.
    • Manage routine and preventative maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.
    • Supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support.
    • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
    • Monitor and control facility budgets, including repair and maintenance expenses.
    • Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively.
    • Implement and maintain facility management best practices.
    • Develop and update standard operating procedures for facility operations.
    • Coordinate with other departments to support production needs and address facility-related concerns.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management within the manufacturing industry.
    • Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
