    • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of garment production in our female fashion house.
    • The ideal candidate will ensure timely and high-quality output, manage tailors and other production staff, and maintain alignment with our brand standards.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily operations of the production unit from fabric cutting to finishing
    •  Supervise tailors, machinists, and other production staff to ensure efficiency and quality

    •  Conduct quality control checks on garments before delivery

    •  Proven leadership and team management skills
    •  Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
