    Information Management & Technology Lead

    Job Description

    • Development and implementation of strategies around the selection and implementation of end user computing devices like laptops, desktops, workstations and mobile devices.
    • Development and implementation of strategies around security of company data on end user computing devices and servers.
    • Lead and manage ICT projects, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management, to ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
    • Evaluate emerging ICT technologies and trends relevant to the upstream oil and gas industry and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., Master's) preferred.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in related role. Industry experience is an added advantage.

    Field Superintendent

    Job Description

    • Monitor daily productions and quality control performance records, identifying inefficiencies and taking responsive and corrective actions where necessary.
    • Develop and implement strategies and training toward accomplishing organizational goals and values.
    • Coordinate and monitor flow of production; is able to forecast work and notice potential problems in workflow.
    • Supervise and monitor all maintenance and Operations activities in the FS.
    • Perform verification of production output according to specifications prior distributing reports.

    Requirements

    • A degree in Business Administration, engineering, preferably civil/structural, mechanical, chemical, or electrical engineering, or any related technical/operational discipline.

    Reservoir Engineer

    Job Description:

    • Plans and directs all aspects of reservoir engineering/field studies regarding the identification, evaluation, and development of oil and gas reserves.
    • Oversees the process of estimating, assessing, and planning oil and gas production and development projects, being a reservoir engineering manager ensures all projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the organization's established policies and objectives.
    • Develop reservoir performance prediction and prepare estimates of in-place hydrocarbon volume.
    • Review surveillance, analysis, dynamic models and provide direction on subsurface engineering required for proper reservoir management of assets.
    • Quantifies risk and uncertainty and to understand the impact on production forecasts and decisions

    Requirement:

    • Minimum of Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Petroleum Engineering or other relevant Engineering Degree.
    • A master’s degree or equivalent will be an added advantage.
    • A minimum of eight  (8) years of relevant experience in Reservoir Engineering and Engineering Operations in the oil industry with an operator with a track record in Reservoir Engineering Management.

    Project Accountant

    Job Description

    • Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals and accurate forecasting of costs and revenues.
    • Track project expenditures, ensuring they are within the approved budget and that any variances are identified and investigated. Implement cost-control measures to optimize project efficiency.
    • Track and report on capital expenditures (CAPEX) associated with projects, ensuring that CAPEX is within approved limits and accurately reflected in financial statements.

    Requirements

    Job Description

    • You will be responsible for the development & design of the production infrastructure, ensuring the safety, stability, and durability of structures while adhering to industry codes and standards.
    • Prepare comprehensive engineering reports, design documentation, and technical specifications, and present when called upon.
    • Perform regular inspections during construction to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

    Construction Engineer (Civil & Structural)

    Well Engineer

    Job Description

    • Engage in preparation of well engineering design and operational plans for drilling of wells, including well planning, casing design, material and equipment selection, log evaluation, quality assurance and post-job evaluation.
    • Manage the Well Delivery Process (WDP) and the Project Maturation Process (PMP) and ensure compliance with the processes.
    • Define rig selection criteria and requirements.
    • Engage in Cost/Risk analysis and AFE preparation for operations.
    • Manage drilling management systems (reporting, benchmarking, lessons learned, competence assurance, well design, operations standards, technical manuals, homepage, well files etc.)

    Requirements

    • BSc degree in Petroleum, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (Well Control certification is an added advantage)
    • 7-10 years well engineering experience. .
    • Have relevant extensive work experience in well construction, completions, intervention, and optimization.
    • Have a competency in drill bits/mills, BHA design, engineering simulations, field operations, and preparation of work programs.
    • Experience managing an IOC or NOC’s Drilling team in the Niger Delta
    • Have competency working in at least two relevant applications: conventional rotary drilling, horizontal and/or multilateral wells, pad drilling, unconventional, coiled tubing drilling, underbalance or managed pressure drilling.

    Petroleum & Production Engineer

    Job Description

    • Develop and implement production strategies to optimize oil and gas production from both existing wells and newly drilled wells.
    • Analyze production data using appropriate software (e.g., OFM, Prosper) to identify underperforming wells and initiate improvement plans.
    • Manage and execute well interventions including well testing, artificial lift optimization, and well stimulation programs.

    FACS Field Support Engineer

    • As a FACS (Field Automation and Control Systems) Field Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for field automation and control systems in the Flow-station.
    • Lead the installation, configuration, and commissioning of Field Automation and Control Systems (FACS) on the field.
