Job Description

• Identify sales leads and opportunities through in-depth knowledge of customer activities and plans.
• Apply technical knowledge of business unit products and services to customer needs and capture and qualify sales leads and opportunities
• Work with management to develop sales goals and coordinate sales plan for the promotion of existing products and services and the introduction of new products and services.
• Monitor pricing structure and pricing levels and recommend necessary changes to pricing strategy.

Requirements

• Candidate should possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electrical.
• 7 Years’ Experience. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience and involvement in tender commercial processes.
• Knowledge of the below products: Modular solutions (Chemical Injection skid, Well head control panel O&M, Static equipment, pumps, turbo Machinery, compressors etc.
• Experience and Exposure to Energy Sector (Oil & Gas, Power Industry Verticals)

Job Description

• Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Oversee the design, development, testing, and implementation of electrical systems and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineering, software development, and project management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong technical expertise in electrical engineering, including circuit design, power systems, and control systems.
• Experience with industry-standard software and tools, such as CAD, CAE, and simulation software.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or certification.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations, such as OSHA and NFPA.
• Experience with electrical engineering software, such as ETAP, SKM PowerTools, or Siemens NX.
