Job Overview;

• The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for organizing the general workforce of the company. This role requires the management and implementation of core hr functions as well as the operational aspect of the business.

Duties:

• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee issues and facilitating conflict resolution.
• Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
