    Head of Group Operations & Partnerships

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a Head of Group Operations & Partnerships to build the structural backbone of GreyMond Group and coordinate operations across multiple business units.
    • This role requires an executive-level operator who can design SOPs, build internal systems, and ensure operational alignment with long-term growth goals.
    • The right candidate will have a track record of structuring and scaling group-level companies, managing performance systems, and strengthening partnership frameworks for capital and network expansion

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and implement operational frameworks, SOPs, and management dashboards for all business units.
    • Lead internal system building, workflow standardization, and operational efficiency projects.
    • Expand and formalize the group’s partnership strategy, including investment partners and government agencies.
    • Align operational strategy with business development, growth targets, and organizational goals.
    • Provide strategic oversight and support for crisis mitigation, compliance, and policy enforcement.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications
    • Minimum 8+ years of senior operations or strategy experience in group structures or corporate holdings.
    • Prior experience designing or managing multi-company business architecture.
    • Strong leadership in organizational structure, performance systems, and cross-functional coordination.
    • Track record of public-private partnership structuring or government engagement.
    • Familiarity with real estate, infrastructure, and contract management is a significant plus.
    • Highly analytical, process-driven, and results-focused.

    Senior Business Development Manager

    About the Role

    • We seeking to employ a Senior Business Development Manager to drive our business expansion strategy across real estate, procurement, and high-growth verticals.
    • You will take the lead in identifying and securing new business, managing high-level partnerships, and driving sector-specific market penetration with immediate results.
    • We are not looking for learners — we want seasoned professionals with an established network, deep industry insight, and a proven track record in expanding businesses at scale.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and close high-value business opportunities across Nigeria and beyond.
    • Develop and manage strategic partnerships across sectors, especially real estate and public/private procurement.
    • Drive business growth by leading expansion efforts into new markets and service areas.
    • Represent GreyMond in high-level negotiations, events, and partner deals.
    • Collaborate with leadership to define quarterly growth strategies and revenue goals.
    • Respond to and manage business crises and client escalations with tact and speed.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Master's Degree
    • Minimum 7+ years’ experience in business development, partnership management, or deal advisory.
    • Demonstrated experience in real estate development, government/private contract acquisition, or infrastructure-based deals.
    • Existing network of business and political stakeholders is essential.
    • Ability to negotiate and close complex contracts and partnerships.
    • Strong understanding of market dynamics, risk, and strategic positioning.
    • Experience in crisis and change management is a major advantage.
