Job Responsibilities

• Create detailed journal entries and post them to the general ledger (GL) to track all income statements and expenses.
• Handle all accounts payable and receivable on a daily basis to make sure each invoice and expense report is accurate.
• Reconcile all business accounts to ensure our records match up and no transaction gets lost.
• Enter financial data into computer software, making sure all bills and invoices are filed correctly.
• Facilitate all incoming payments and outgoing checks, including printing, obtaining signatures for, and distributing checks as necessary.
• Follow up with vendors for accounts payable and keep in touch as needed for collections and ensure bills are paid on time.
• Prepare for quarterly reporting using standard best practices and assist in monthly closings.
• Assist the real estate team or other staff accountants with other accounting duties as needed.
• Perform other duties assigned by the line manager

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting.
• 2-5years of relevant experience in accounting/ handling of cash and financial records. [ work experience in a real estate or construction firm will be a plus]
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and other accounting and data analysis tools.
• ICAN or ANAN certification will be a great advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Should possess time management, research, and organizational skill
• Must be able to pay attention to details

 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (essential) and must have been called to the bar and be an active member ofthe Nigerian Bar Association.
• Should have experience in real estate law and industry knowledge that includes litigation, lease transactions, property management, and purchase and sale transactions.
• Solid experience in title insurance underwriting, curative, and claims.
• Good understanding of foreclosure.
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
• A natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Capable networker with excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.

Requirements
Educational Qualification:

• A minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Marketing or any Social Sciences related courses.

Experience and other Expectations:

• 2 to 5 years of sales experience and preferably experience working in the real estate industry.
• Relevant Marketing qualifications or training will be an added advantage.
• Past proven records of meeting sales targets in previous employment.
• Ability to drive/Possession of a current driving license
• Applicant must be able to use social media for marketing
• Perfect understanding of Abuja terrains and road networks
• Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily cleaning of office workspace, including restrooms
• Ordering of provisions and toiletries for the office
• Emptying of rubbish bins daily
• Periodic dusting of furniture and blinds as well as cleaning of windows and doors
