    Client Service Executive

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Service Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent client service, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining strong client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
    • Manage client complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Provide clients with accurate information about products and services.
    • Keep records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.
    • Follow up on client issues to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
    • Contribute to the achievement of client service goals and targets.
    • Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in client service, customer care, or a similar role.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and handle pressure effectively.
    • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools.

    Clinical Floor Accountant

    We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Clinical Floor Accountant.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and reconcile pharmacy supplies issued to clinical departments such as theatre, wards, and dressing rooms
    • Ensure consumables used during procedures are properly documented and linked to patient billing
    • Maintain departmental stock records and track usage of medical consumables
    • Verify issue vouchers and prevent unauthorized withdrawal of medical supplies
    • Conduct daily reconciliation of items issued, used, and remaining in stock
    • Prepare periodic inventory and financial reports for the Finance, Audit, and Clinical teams
    • Work closely with pharmacy, nursing, and clinical teams to ensure accountability and reduce revenue leakage

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • 2–5 years of relevant experience in any of the following areas:
    • Hospital accounting
    • Pharmacy inventory management
    • Procurement or supply chain management
    • Hospital billing and revenue management
    • Strong analytical and numerical skills
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
    • High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
