Responsibilities

• Monitors the inverter to ensure that it is charging always.
• Ensures that the alternative power supply is turned on immediately at power outage.
• Ensures that the generator is always fuelled.
• Check on all ACs before turning on the generator.
• Ensures that all the facilities are working well.
• Ensures that all windows are closed and all sockets are turned off at close of business.
• Responsible for purchase of electricity unit.
• Responsible for minor fixes at work.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / OND or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment is an advantage.
• Basic math and inventory handling skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to lift items and stand for long periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly.
• Provide information about store promotions, loyalty programs, or product locations
• Maintain an accurate cash register, ensuring sufficient change is available.
• Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Report any discrepancies or shortages to supervisors
• Follow company policies and procedures for transactions and returns.
• Report suspicious activities or potential theft to security or management.

Requirements

• OND/BSc/HND in any disclipine
• 0-1 year of experience in any field
• Willingness to work rotational shift(morning/afternoon/weekends/public holidays)
• Good to excellent verbal and written communication skills.
