    Technical Service Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Technical Services Manager is responsible for overseeing all technical operations including site assessments, system installations, maintenance, and after-sales support across all branches.
    • The role ensures high-quality service delivery, technical accuracy, and customer satisfaction, while maintaining standards in installation and post-installation support.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems across assigned locations.
    • Conduct site assessments and recommend suitable solar solutions based on customer requirements.
    • Ensure all installations comply with company quality, safety, and technical standards.
    • Provide technical support and resolve customer complaints within agreed timelines.
    • Supervise and guide Technical Executives and Technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate installation, maintenance, and technical service reports.
    • Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Perform other technical duties as assigned by management.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
    • Minimum of 5–7 years experience in solar installations, electrical systems, or technical services
    • Experience managing technical teams is an advantage
    • Strong knowledge of solar systems, inverters, and electrical installations
    • Problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to supervise and train technical staffGood communication and reporting skill.

    Sales Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities that drive sustainable revenue growth for the company.
    • The role focuses on corporate sales, strategic partnerships, market expansion, key account management, and business opportunities across the public and private sectors, while strengthening the company's market presence and supporting long-term business growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
    • Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and tender documents for prospective clients.
    • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
    • Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
    • Collaborate with Technical, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Prepare periodic business development and sales performance reports for management.
    • Represent the company professionally at client meetings, networking events, and other business engagements.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
    • 5–7 years experience in business development, corporate sales, strategic marketing, or key account management.
    • Experience within the renewable energy, engineering, construction, electrical, or technology industry is an added advantage.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development and revenue targets.
    • Strong negotiation, presentation, networking, and relationship management skills.
    • Excellent proposal writing and business communication skills.
    • Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems is an advantage.
