    Content Marketing Associate

    Role Overview

    • As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will take part in their content marketing effort, managing social media platforms, coordinating influencer outreach and partnerships, and ensuring marketing campaigns run effectively. You must be data-driven and have a strong understanding of and passion for sports, specifically football.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other digital channels.
    • Manage the company's social media presence, create and schedule posts, engage with our community, and monitor platform performance.
    • Support content marketing efforts
    • Coordinate influencer partnerships and assist in outreach, negotiations, and campaign execution.
    • Track and report key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize performance.
    • Stay up to date with trends, sports content, and social media to identify new opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the design and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

    Key Requirements

    • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related role.
    • Creative mindset and an exceptional out-of-the-box thinker.  
    • Strong writing and communication skills, with experience in content creation.
    • Experience managing social media accounts, particularly Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
    • Familiarity with influencer marketing and the ability to manage creator collaborations.
    • Basic understanding of digital advertising, community building, and user engagement strategies.

    Partnerships Associate (Sponsorship Acquisition)- Lagos

    • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This role is pivotal in supporting the Marketing & Partnerships Lead by driving the identification, acquisition, and management of sponsorships and partnerships that move the company's initiatives forward.

    Job Overview

    • As a partnership associate, you will assist in developing and executing sponsorship and partnership strategies by researching potential partners, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication between the company and external stakeholders. This includes supporting negotiations, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives, and nurturing long-term relationships to enhance the company’s brand visibility both locally and internationally.
    • Your responsibilities will be both operational and strategic, requiring you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and consistently deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.     Key Responsibilities

    Job Requirements & Qualifications

    • A minimum of 5 years experience in marketing operations, sponsorship, partnerships, or a related field, preferably within the art, culture, or creative sectors; experience with international brands, as well as with audiences in Nigeria/Africa is preferred.

    • As a Managing Director, you will lead and oversee the overall operations and strategic direction of the bank.The MD is responsible for ensuring the bank's financial health, growth, and compliance with regulatory requirements.     Strategic Leadership:

    Requirements

    • A minimum of first degree or its equivalent in any discipline (additional qualification in any business-related discipline would be an advantage);
    • Evidence that the candidate possesses proven skills and competencies in practical microfinance banking and has undergone the Microfinance Certification Program  and obtained a Certificate in Microfinance Banking issued by the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN); and
    • A minimum of 8 years post-graduation experience out of which, at least, 5 must have been in the banking sector.
    • A wide knowledge of the microfinance banking industry.
    • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
    • Excellent financial acumen and understanding of banking operations.
    • Ability to innovate and adapt to changes in the market, technology, and regulatory environment
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
