    Enrollment Specialist

    Responsibilities:

    • Engage with prospective students through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms
    • Provide comprehensive information on our course offerings, helping prospective students understand the benefits of our programs
    • Assist prospective students in selecting the most suitable course based on their individual needs and career goals.
    • Guide prospective students through the enrollment process, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience
    • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
    • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students in our CRM system
    • Consistently meet or exceed monthly enrollment and sales goals
    • Attend team meetings and provide feedback on market trends, enrollment challenges, and potential areas for improvement
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve prospective students

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
    • 2-3 years of experience in a sales, enrollment, or customer service role
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite or related software
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
    • Knowledge of the EdTech industry and tech-related roles is a plus

    Appointment Setter/Sales Development Representative
