    Compliance Staff (Accountant)- Abuja

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure adherence to compliance rules, statutory provisions, and internal policies
    • Monitor and report on financial activities to ensure full regulatory compliance
    • Maintain accurate financial records in line with legal requirements
    • Collaborate with internal and external auditors
    • Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
    • Support budget preparation and monitoring processes.
    • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
    • Assist in reconciliations of bank statements and accounts.
    • Maintain financial records and documentation.
    • Participate in audits and ensure compliance with internal policies.
    • Provide general administrative support to the finance team.

    Requirements

    • A Degree in Accounting or a related field
    • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
    • Solid understanding of compliance regulations and statutory provisions
    • Proficiency in various accounting software tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, etc.)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft office packages
    • Must reside within Abuja. 
    • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
