    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a skilled and reliable Cook to prepare high-quality meals while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for meal preparation, kitchen organization, and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and cook meals according to menu specifications and recipes
    • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards
    • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and cooking utensils
    • Monitor food stock levels and report shortages
    • Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients

    Customer Service Officer (Food Industry)

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to manage customer interactions, ensure satisfaction, and support smooth daily operations within our food service business.
    • The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handle inquiries and complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience across all touchpoints.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Attend to customer inquiries, orders, and complaints both physically and via phone or digital platforms
    • Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues while maintaining professionalism
    • Process orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen and service staff
    • Manage and monitor orders from delivery platforms (e.g., Chowdeck, Glovo, Bolt Food)

    Requirements

    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Basic knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office
    • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    Accountant

    Job Summary

    • They are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join its opening team.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing accurate financial insights to support business decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities
    Financial Reporting & Control:

    • Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements
    • Monitor daily sales reports from restaurant operations
    • Reconcile POS transactions and revenue records
    • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations
    • Prepare profit and loss statements and other financial reports

    Accounting & Bookkeeping:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
    • Record daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation
    • Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of entries

    Budgeting & Financial Management:

    • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, bookkeeping, and tax regulations
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills
