    Sales Operations Manager

    Job Summary

    • Our client, a leading chemical distribution company, is seeking to hire a Sales Operations Manager who will oversee and optimize sales processes, drive revenue growth, and strengthen market position in the construction chemical industry.
    • This role involves managing both B2B and B2C relationships, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, marketing, production, and logistics teams.
    • The ideal candidate will analyze sales data, streamline operations, develop strategic business plans, and lead the sales team toward achieving organizational goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive penetration and growth across corporate clients, distributors, contractors, project managers, and retail outlets.
    • Identify high-value markets, emerging opportunities, and underperforming segments to guide targeted business development initiatives.
    • Lead the development of monthly sales budgets, forecasts, and performance targets. Manage strategic relationships with distributors, wholesalers, construction firms, and key decision-makers to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
    • Oversee negotiation of pricing, contracts, and service-level agreements to ensure profitability and competitive market positioning.

    • Conduct in-depth market research on competitors, construction trends, pricing sensitivities, and product adoption to inform strategic plans.
    • Provide insights to the product and R&D teams on customer needs, product performance, and market feedback.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and departmental KPIs.
    • Facilitate training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer relations, and negotiation skills.
    • Foster a performance-driven culture built on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    • Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports with actionable insights.
    • Analyze trends and performance metrics to recommend strategic adjustments and resource allocation.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or any science-related field.
    • 6 - 8 years of progressive experience in sales operations or business development, preferably in construction chemicals or related industries.
    • Proven experience managing corporate clients (B2B) and distribution networks (B2C).
    • Strong marketing skills with a result-driven mindset.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics software.

    Chief Financial Officer

    Job Summary

    • Our client is seeking to hire an executive leadership team responsible for overseeing all financial and strategic operations of the Group.
    • The CFO provides financial leadership, drives long-term financial strategy, ensures strong governance and compliance, and supports operational excellence across the business.
    • This role requires a visionary leader with strong analytical skills, deep financial expertise, and proven experience in managing multiple business environments.

    Key Responsibilities
    Financial Strategy & Leadership

    • Develop and implement the group’s long-term financial strategy in alignment with business objectives.
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making by the CEO and Board of Directors.
    • Lead financial planning processes, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and multi-year financial plans.
    • Evaluate financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

    Financial Operations & Management:

    • Oversee all financial functions: accounting, budgeting, reporting, treasury, tax, auditing, and procurement.
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with IFRS/GAAP and regulatory requirements.

    Business Performance & Growth Support:

    • Conduct financial modeling, profitability analysis, and scenario planning to support business growth.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities, margin improvements, and operational efficiencies.
    • Partner with business units to evaluate new markets, products, and investment opportunities.
    • Lead financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, or expansion initiatives.

    Compliance, Risk & Audit Management:

    • Ensure full compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
    • Oversee internal and external audit processes.
    • Manage enterprise risk and develop frameworks to safeguard company assets.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, auditors, regulators, and investors.

    Capital Structure & Investor Relations:

    • Manage the company’s capital structure, including debt financing, equity, loans, and investments.
    • Lead fundraising efforts and maintain strong relationships with lenders, investors, and key stakeholders.
    • Prepare investor reports and ensure transparency in financial communication. 6. Leadership & Team Development
    • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting teams.

    • Drive digital transformation initiatives in the finance department (automation, analytics, ERP enhancements).

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
    • MBA in Finance or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (added advantage).
    • Professional certifications such as ACCA, ACA/ICAN, CPA, or CFA required.
    • 10-15years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership/ executive role.
    • Proven experience managing corporate finance in a mid-large organization.
    • Strong background in financial planning, treasury, corporate strategy, and compliance.
