    Telecom Site Engineer

    Job Summary

    • A Telecom Civil Works Site Engineer to successfully and fully execute the roll-out of the mobile network construction sites and be responsible for the end-to-end responsible delivery of the mobile site.
    • As a Telecom Civil Works Site Engineer with experience in site build, your role would involve overseeing and managing the civil works related to telecom infrastructure Site.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Planning and Design: You would be responsible for planning and designing the layout of telecom sites, ensuring optimal placement of equipment, antenna systems, and associated civil works.
    • Permitting and Approvals: You would work closely with local authorities, obtaining necessary permits and approvals for construction activities, adhering to local regulations and guidelines.
    • Construction Management: You would oversee the construction process, coordinating with contractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations. This includes managing excavation, foundation works, tower installation, and other civil works.
    • Quality Assurance: You would conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with technical specifications and industry standards. You would also address any issues or discrepancies that arise during the construction phase.
    • Stakeholder Management: You would liaise with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, suppliers, and local communities, to communicate project updates, address concerns, and ensure smooth project execution.
    • Budget and Cost Control: You would monitor project costs, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.
    • Documentation and Reporting: You would maintain accurate project documentation, including construction reports, progress updates, and final as-built documentation. You would also prepare regular reports for management and clients.

    Job Requirements

    • Civil Engineering background with experience working with major telecom sites.
    • 4 - 7 years experience required.
    • Ability to manage project promptly.

    Construction Project Manager

    Job Summary

    • A Construction Project Manager oversees all phases of a building project, from planning to completion, ensuring it stays on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards.
    • This role involves managing relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, as well as handling day-to-day logistics, risk mitigation, safety compliance, and procurement.

    Responsibilities
    Key responsibilities include creating project schedules, managing budgets, coordinating resources, and ensuring all work adheres to building codes and regulations.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Project planning: Develop project plans, create detailed schedules, and obtain necessary permits and regulations.
    • Budget management: Create and manage project budgets, track costs, and forecast future spending.
    • Team coordination: Manage subcontractors, employees, and other specialists. Delegate tasks and oversee their work.

    Job Requirements

    • Structural / construction engineer background plus 3 to 5 years’ experience on the job
    • Technical knowledge of construction processes required.
