    Office Assistant

    Job Summary

    • Our client is looking for an office assistant to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office.
    • You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting clients and visitors, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands.

    Responsibilities

    • Handling incoming calls and other communications.
    • Managing filing system.
    • Recording information as needed.
    • Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
    • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
    • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
    • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
    • Maintaining supply inventory.
    • Maintaining office equipment as needed.
    • Aiding with client reception as needed.

    Requirements

    • SSCE.
    • Ability to speak, read and write efficiently.
    • Computer literate.
    • Warm personality with strong communication skills.
    • Ability to work well under limited supervision.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • Sell, market and build relationships with customers at assigned locations.
    • Educate our potential customers with relevant information.
    • Introduce Maxibuy to retailers, wholesalers and business owners and assigned communities groups as agreed with Maxibuy.
    • Help onboard retailers/wholesales/businesses/ community groups through the Maxibuy app, such as setting up their accounts and placing their orders.

    Job Description

    • Loading, transporting, and delivering items to Customers or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
    • Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
    • Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
    • Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
    • Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.

    Requirements

    • Valid Biker license.
    • Familiarity with relevant routes.
