    Brand Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for innovation.
    • Maintain and strengthen the organization's brand identity through consistent messaging and visual elements.
    • Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to in all marketing and communication materials.
    • Plan, implement, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various channels.
    • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content and visuals for campaigns.
    • Oversee the organization's online presence, including website content and social media platforms.
    • Utilize digital analytics to measure the success of campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.
    • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers.
    • Develop and distribute press releases and manage media inquiries
    • Ensure effective internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
    • Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and trade shows.
    • Coordinate logistics, manage vendor relationships, and oversee event budgets.
    • Develop and manage the marketing and communication budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies are implemented.
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing and communication efforts.
    • Regularly analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven recommendations.

    Qualifications

    • 3 years of experience in brand management.
    • Track record of creative development for new and unique products
    • Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing presentation skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to execute results against strategy and meet critical deadlines.
    • Existing relationships with mass, specialty, e-commerce, senior merchants, buyers, distributors, and marketing teams.
    • Strong knowledge of advertising fundamentals, including brand development, strategy, and management.
    • Experience implementing brand and license guidelines.
    • Ability and willingness to travel where and when necessary.
    • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    Creative Manager

    Job Description

    • Provide visionary leadership to the creative team, fostering a collaborative and dynamic creative environment.
    • Set the overall creative direction and ensure it aligns with the brand identity and marketing objectives.
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
    • Work closely with designers, copy writers, and other creative professionals to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and execute creative campaigns.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages open communication and idea-sharing.
    • Review and approve creative assets, ensuring they meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and project specifications.
    • Provide constructive feedback to team members to help them improve and grow in their roles.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the creative team remains innovative and competitive.
    • Engage with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing creative solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or Communications.
    • Proven experience in a creative leadership role, demonstrating successful team management and project delivery.
    • Strong understanding of design principles, copywriting, and multimedia production.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in creative software and tools.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
