    Projects & Facilities Officer

    Job Description

    • We are currently recruiting highly skilled and qualified candidate to fill the position of a Project & Facilities Officer who will work with the Project & Facilities Manager and other team members in the successful management of our projects and facilities.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
    • Coordinating repairs, renovations, and maintenance work as needed
    • Prepare, read & interpret BOQ.
    • Preparation of project plans
    • Managing vendor relationships for facility-related services
    • Preparation of detailed maintenance checklist
    • Implement policies/procedures related to facility management
    • Regular reporting on project status updates, progress reports on facility maintenance activities along with relevant key performance indicators is expected from this role to ensure effective communication across the organization.

    Required Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or any related field.
    • 1-2 years proven work experience in Projects & Facilities Management.
    • Knowledge of facility management principles and best practices
    • Demonstrable experience in project and facilities management.
    • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
    • Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite or equivalent.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Calm personality.

    Travels & Tours Business Development Officer

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Business Development Officer for our travels and commercial business.
    • As the Business Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and profitability by identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, meeting sales targets and expanding our client base in line with the overall strategic plan of the company.

    Job Duties & Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
    • Identify and execute new business opportunities through documented market research.
    • Build and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensure their ongoing satisfaction, and pursuing new client partnerships.
    • Book travels and tours, carry out successful Visa and applications, book hotels and complete travel insurance.
    • Effectively deliver results in an E-Commerce environment
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that will effectively showcase our services.
    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agencies, corporate clients, hotels, airlines, and local tour operators.
    • Provide weekly sales updates on activities and opportunities
    • Achieve monthly allocated sales target

    Required Qualifications and Skills

    • Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business Administration or any relevant field. Candidates with personal travel experiences will be preferred.
    • IATA International Travel & Tourism + EBT Training Program or any other certification in travel and tourism
    • 3 - 10 years work experience in Travels & Tourism and related businesses.
    • Proven years of working experience as a corporate business development officer with a strong network of corporate bodies and organizations.
    • Excellent knowledge of traveling software (computer reservations systems, GDS systems and e-travel).
    • Excellent knowledge in visa processing, ticketing and hotel reservations
    • Proficiency in verbal and written English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
    • Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach.
    • Well-versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc).
    • Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
