Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate the company's added-value through presentations, and proposals uniquely positioned to customer needs, by using knowledge of products and services, as well as customer research.
• Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage Account / Sales Executives in next steps.
• Identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook.
• Utilize HubSpot, Salesforce, cold calls, and email to generate new sales opportunities.
• Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services.
• Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
• Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Account Executives & Managers.
• Report to Sales Manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.

Skills and Qualifications:

• You’re a team player, proactive and know how to contribute and make an impact.
• Two or more years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding lead targets and sales quotas.
• Strong knowledge and experience with sales tools and technologies e.g Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive,
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Google Docs, Slides and Sheets.
• Strong communication skills via phone and email.
• Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
• Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization.
• Must be committed to continuous personal development, and willing to put in 20-60 hours into learning and development monthly.
• Must be collaborative, work well in a team, and also trustworthy enough to take initiative and get things done with little or no supervision.
• You have some sense of humor, and prefer to work in an upbeat environment.
• Must have completed NYSC

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent.
• Sales certifications are a plus.

Experience:

• Sales: 2 years (Required)
• Business Development: 2 years (Required)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect, organize, and maintain sales data in CRM systems or databases.
• Analyze sales metrics and performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide insights to the sales team and management.
• Assist in managing sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and invoices.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the entire vision and delivery of new products, features or business units to keep the organization relevant and competitive
• Conducting market research and customer research, roadmap planning, prioritization, execution and finally, coordinating go-to-market strategies when launching a new product or feature
• Manage the roadmap, prioritize product opportunities, refine feature ideas and maintain existing features to drive business goals
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
• Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
• Produce high-level product requirements, iterate with your design and engineering teams
• Engage stakeholders in leadership, research, data, and support, and a coordinate across teams to maintain product and strategy alignment

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology  or other quantitative fields (or equivalent work experience)
