    Direct Sales Agent

    The ideal candidate will be confident, target-driven, customer centric and have a proven customer support experience.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Achievement of agreed sales target/objectives for the defined accounts which are set by Products and Markets
    • Execute weekly market storms/product awareness
    • Sell products to targeted customers
    • Maintain good relationship with customers
    • Ensure that you present the Bank’s range of products to customers.
    • Profile customer to sell the right product to suit his/her needs
    • Provide your Team Lead with information on potential new customer, new product offerings, competitors’ activities (promotions, interest change etc.), and additional information on good storm locations
    • Plan your daily journey/activities
    • Update customer information
    • Work with Team Lead to Prepare for sales meetings
    • Provide all relevant or requested reports to your Team Lead

    Requirements

    • HND or B.Sc in any discipline. (Minimum of Lower Credit or Second Class Lower)
    • Candidate must not be above 28 years
    • NYSC Status: Completed
    • A minimum of 6 months to two (2) years’ sales experience preferably in a Financial Institution or any Agency Supported Institution.
    • Experience in customer service.
    • Ability to self-motivate and manage self.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Good organizational and I.T. skills.
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

    Contact Center Agent

    • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
    • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
    • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
    • Seize opportunities to cross-sell products when they arise.
    • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
    • Keep records of all conversations in call center database in a comprehensible way.
    • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
    • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in a customer support role
    • Track record of over-achieving quota
    • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
    • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
    • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
    • HND/B.SC school degrees
    • Age limit - 30 years.
